What is your Cancellation Policy ?

a) No cancellation fee if cancelled 14 days or more prior to travel.

b) 50% if cancelled between 14 and 7 days

c) No refund if cancelled inside 7 days of check in, a no show, or if you depart early.

d) Cancellations must be received in writing.

e) Travel Insurance is highly recommended.

Do you offer airport transfers ?

Yes we do. We can organise transportation to Le Cher Du Monde for you using a local airport transfer company. Charges do apply and a minimum 48 hours notice is required, along with flight number, domestic or international terminal and arrival time.

Do you provide beach towels ?

Yes we do & are included free of charge.

Is after hours check-in available ?

Yes. If arriving outside of office hours (see next question answer) please contact us at least 48 hours prior to arriving as you will need the access code to the key safe. A small safe is located at the Reception window and the code will provide you access to an envelope which will contain your keys and instructions on how to get to your apartment.

Do you have family rooms ?

NO, the apartments are all 1 bed self-contained & we are not suitable for children under 15 yrs old.

What are your Office Hours ?

Monday – Friday: 8.00am – 5.00pm Saturday & Sunday: 8.00am – 12.00pm (Weekend hours are subject to change)

Is there FREE Wi-Fi available ?

Yes there is. When you check in you will be supplied a Login ID & Password. Instructions on how to connect to the FREE Wi-Fi is displayed on a card in your apartment.

Is your pool heated ?

Yes, it is heated to 28 degrees in winter & is cooled in summer.

Is there a laundry onsite?

Yes we have large professional commercial size washing machines and dryers for your convenience. Cost is only 4 x $1 coins.

Is there car parking available ?

Yes. Free under cover parking is available onsite, however it is limited & cannot be reserved prior to arrival.

Is all linen provided ?

All of our apartments are fully self-contained. This means that everything you need is provided, including linen, towels, cooking utensils, and equipment. Towel & bedlinen/room changes are based on length of stay.

Initial supplies of sundry items, such as toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner, tea, coffee, milk, sugar, and washing up detergent are also included. If further items are then required a Coles supermarket can be found a short 5 minute walk away.

Do you have wheelchair access ?

Yes, we have 1 accessibility apartment unit.
